WOW is that quilt beautiful! and looking very difficult. I have actually never heard of a DearJane quilt. Gonna have to google it up. As for the socks, got into making them last year. Tried all three methods mentioned, and prefered the DPN way, top to bottom. Love to do the decorative part first. Might be tempted to try toe up someday. Must go and get to work on my LITTLE QUILT.
